I led creative direction and campaign production for a limited-time collaboration between It’s Boba Time and Neopets, bringing the nostalgic world of Neopia into a large-scale retail activation. The campaign transformed store environments into immersive brand experiences through themed drinks, collectible merchandise, and playful in-store visuals. I directed execution across digital, retail, and social touchpoints while coordinating with global partners to ensure a cohesive launch across all participating locations.

I also coordinated an in-store pop-up event to kick off the collaboration, working with the Neopets team to bring press, influencers, and guests together for an engaging launch.

  • Successfully launched across 96 locations, driving strong in-store engagement and social visibility throughout the campaign. Limited-edition merchandise sold out, and the pop-up activation generated press coverage and influencer content, amplifying reach and excitement. The collaboration strengthened brand connections by turning nostalgia into an interactive retail and social experience.
